Sores on vagina...What could it be?

Hello all, A few days ago I noticed my labia was a little sore. I thought it might just be from friction or something, but fast forward to now, the pain is still there and I finally took some pictures of it and noticed these little sores. It's painful to touch, sometimes painful when walking, and sometimes painful when I pee. Just looking at these pictures worries me so I plan on going to see a doctor tomorrow to find out what it is, but also wanted the extra opinions on it.

looks like herpes sores, but now healing…

yes, I’ve only been having sex with one person these past few months so I’m assuming I got it from him
