Soup!!!!!!!!

I'm trying so hard to find meals and super easy things to eat that don't make me feel so sick and are easy to digest. I recently found a farleys rusk biscuit mixed into yogurt works well for me. So I was looking for things similar to this consistency and though of SOUP.

I was wondering if people could give me their experiences with soup... can you tolerate it if so what kinds??? Pacific brands would be extremely helpful. What things should I watch out for when looking at soups, many have onions and garlic and I know that's bad but any other ingredients I should avoid.

Again specific brands would be extremely helpful.

Thank you all

Home made soup is better as you know what goes in them. I am vegetarian so only eat tomato or mushroom soup any other sets me off something chronic! Good luck it's not very nutritious what you're having but good luck with it.

I too would love to find a soup that I can tolerate. I can't have tomato

mushroom or any vegetables so finding it really hard .

I've found all tinned soups have got lots of ingredients I can't tolerate.

If soup is not good for you then what can you handle... what light and easy meals do you have for dinner?

What things do you eat like for dinner and snacks I need bland and easy to digest stuff and really struggling to find anything and weight is dropping fast

You could try making your own soup to ensure you get natural ingredients and you can choose what you put in it.  This will help you to avoid trigger foods.  Shop soups will have presevatives in them which are not good for a bad stomach.

Everyone has their own problem foods, so the best thing is to try a food/symptom diary to find the foods that irritate your stomach.

Soup is great for me. There's a brand "Fodmapped For You" which sells Roasted Pumpkin soup, and Lamb & Vege soup, I have them whenever I'm out of dinner ideas, and they're great. They come in a package I find in the refrigerated section. They also sell various sauces you can add to meals.

I live in Australia, so I don't know if that's an international brand or not, you may be able to find something similar.
