Spacing out, not able to hear or speak?

It happens occasionally, where someone is talking to me and i cant hear a thing they are saying and im unable to reply. It only lasts around 30 seconds. I am only 18 also. any ideas? thanks

Hi Anna,Have you been to see your doctor recently about this,and have you had a stroke recently.Since you are only 18 i would strongly suggest getting a letter from your doctor ,to see a specialist ,to have this checked out.
