Spider veins on my penis please help!

I have this veins on my penis looks like spider, it looks like is spreading it doesn't hurt but it looks horrible I went to the doctor he said there is nothing to worry about it. Does anybody have this problem or knows how to treat? Please help.

It’s normal. Do they get larger when you have an erection?

Is not normal, it does not get larger when I get the erection but it looks like an infection cuz is spreading little by little, This is under the skin of the head since I’m not circumcision.
