I have copd and started to use spiriva a year ago. I am now so depressed with the way I look with especially the midsection bulge which from reading others experiences even world wide will not be shifted. Is there anybody out there who has managed to get rid of unexplained excess weight even liposuction..?

Hi Biliary. Only by extreme diet and never more than a litre of liquid in 24 hours. wearing but it works. In a week you will see a difference. I had to do this on alternate weeks as I couldnt get anything done up .
Thanks. I tried only salmon or chicken recommend by a dietician and dont drink much more than a litre a day but will try it for longer. Have thought about doing a shakes diet but that's liquid.? I believe that a lot of heavy people are in catch 22 eg taking inhaler for breathing getting larger with inhaler and breathing no better cause of extra weight!!!
I bought a juicer. I wouldnt eat shop meat, do buy wild salmon, never the farmed rubbish, so much food is false now. Before the juicer, Slimfast worked ok but I cut down on the measures, I have always been thin before this rubbish drug addict time .. very annoying. Good Luck !
