Can someone help me out as to what this darker looking spot is next to the tip of my penis? I did have unprotected sex about three months ago but haven’t had any signs of an STI (such as burning urination or such). I am very active and in the last month have done a lot of outdoor hiking and active type of activities (working, kayaking) that has caused the part underneath the glans to become very dry.
Does the spot stand away from the skin surrounding it or is it at the same level. but of a darker colour?
Are you circumcised? Yes it could be related to all the activities you have been involved in - much of this is down to trying to control sweat or other issues where moisture builds-up.
