I'm 19 years old, had this spot for more months now. It doesn't hurt or itch, only causes me mental anxiety...Any help is appreciated.

Are you washing your penis with soap, or applying stuff like Baby Oil / lubes that kind of thing regularly? What you probably have is a weakness in the skin at that particular area and the skin is simply unable to repair itself correctly.
I would exclude as many things as you can from getting on the head of your penis - such as the things I have already mentioned. I would be tempted to put something on it such as a very small amount of antiseptic cream, or a tiny drop of a liquid antiseptic such as TCP - the idea being to see how the spot reacts to this. The antiseptic may help it heal if you stop putting anything else on the head and foreskin of your penis at the same time. Always wash with water only and make sure you are 100% dry immediately afterwards …
