so i've had this spot on my penis shaft since I can remember, it doesnt hurt or worry me, but would certainly like to know if anyone knows what this is and whether it is dangerous

You need to get this checked by a Doctor as soon as possible
To be honest, it could be a cyst or scar. However, it is not well visualized in the picture (skin is not pulled tight) so it appears to meet some of the ABCD skin lesion criteria that is concerning.
thanks for your reply, i'm just shy to be honest to show my penis to anyone in person, hence using this online forum. plus, im not sure if theyll be free esp during this pandemic.
