Hello, I have been seeing more and more spots appear on my penis. They dont hurt or cause discomfort. Been to my gp and she said this could be pearly papules but i dont think it is. Please help as i would like to get rid of it or stop more from coming. 
Okay Ben, you are right these are not Pearly Penile Papules as they are in the wrong location. (She does not know much about penises then!)
Are these only on the underside of your penis? Perhaps you have some on the top part of the penis?
If you have someone who can check your back and places you cannot see on your body, make sure you have nothing like this on other body locations, or simply check in strong light using a sizeable mirror.
What you likely have is something that is naturally present - and one of these is Vitiligo.
You would likely need to see a Dermatologist to: a.) actually confirm what these actually are; b.) if it is Vitiligo - there is a simple ultra violet light test for this - they can then advise whether you can stop the development of this.
