Ive been getting these spots at come and go. Almost like a pimple but its not squeezable. Its almost like you can see puss but try to squeeze and blood comes out. I thought they were possibly from shaving but i have now got one on the top of my thigh. Anyone any idea what this could be ? Have looked at all stis possible and none seem to match it.
