Last week, I noticed a small round lesion on my shaft. It is more apparent when I wrinkle the area. When I stretched the area, it became dry and there was some flakes. I thought it might be due to dry/aggressive masturbation, so I have stopped for the last week. Today, that lesion is less apparent, but there is discoloration and you can tell something was there. Also, today another similar lesion popped up an inch below the similar lesion. What could it be? Also around the same time, I noticed a knot in my right inner thigh, all the way up near the groin. It is hard, movable, and near a quarter in size. There is slight pain/discomfort when I put pressure on the knot. Any help would be appreciated.
hey man, this could be as simple as dry skin or it could be as major as a fungus infection. not too much to worry about
I don't know what it is, but just wanted to point out that a fungal infection wouldn't normally be anything to worry about. Most of them will just go away with an anti-fungal cream eg Canesten or Daktarin.
