hello I’ve had these spots on my penis for a few months and I was wondering if I should be cconcerned or not. let me be honest they dont hurt at all. never had any type sore or anything. I am also not cut either and I’ve been told that is important.
also keep in mind I’m never really sexually active I’m clean healthy take regular showers but they could have been there for awhile I just never noticed I did research everyone says ita PPP have no real access to doctors sadly
Hi yeah there pearly penile papules completely normal 
Look up Pearly Penile Papules (PPP) they are completely normal and harmless - not every male gets these - they are part of the sexual maturation process.
They can also develop on the main surface of the glans / head of penis, again this is completely normal and harmless
