Spots on penis and scrotum

Hi.
Can you help me and identify this?
I have these already couple of years and now i’m worried is it normal.
Are these forsyde spots?
And is it the same for penis and scrotum?

hi paul
everything looks normal and healthy
the ones on your penis are fordsyce spots
and the ones on your scrotum are hair follicles

yeah.i have the same looks like Fordyce spot
