A few years ago i began getting spots on my penis, they weren't itchy, smelly or had a discharge and they weren't even bumpy, They seemed to be under the skin. I had seen a physician about it and we did all the routine tests, they weren't an STD but most likely a form of psoriasis. I had a steroid cream but it did not agree with my penis and began to burn it early in the treatment.
Lately its been getting worse and I am super self conscious about it. I'm trying a canesten cream right now but it doesn't seem to be helping at all, I plan to go back to the doctor but thought i might give this a try first before i have to drop my trousers again.
I also have spots on my feet, dont know if they are related but might be useful info.
