Recently these spots have appeared on my penis I noticed yesterday.
They are on the penis head all the way around and on the foreskin inside they are not painful but just slightly itchy and the foreskin had reddened and some inflammation has occurred I don't think is anything serious but id rather hear some outside opinions. I had sex recently with a condom ofc I got oral without tho and that has me worried slightly my bet one the issue is eczema but it could be something else.
They go reddish when fully erect and they are slightly white when normal no fluid is inside the spots just detached skin . I am currently just applying corticosteroids to reduce inflation and itching I don't think moisturiser is required as the foreskin should not allow for the glands to dry out.

the spots from that are usually much larger and circular my issue has numerous small dots so its unlikely
