Hi thanks in advance for your help. I have quite a lot of spots or bumps on my penis and I'm just wondering if it's anything to be worried about.

Looks perfectly normal to me. None are infected. They will diminish with erection I'd guess
Those look like white heads, meaning they are not disease so relax. You may want to take some supplements to clear your skin. Try inositol and astragalus
Hi, they appear to be minute sebaceous glands which are normal on the skin on and around the penis as well as the mouth / lips. It is always a good idea to follow up with your GP at your next visit for a professional opinion as well. Good Luck - and when you do become sexually active, Always Play Safe..
