****I’m sorry for my English, but I have some spots on the glans and the body of the penis. I am very scared, I am a virgin, but I always masturbate with a lot of frequency and with a lot of vigor, getting to masturbate 6 times in a short time. the skin before the glans becomes shiny and velvety when I am worried about being cancer or melanoma. or it may just be melanose. Someone else has / had this. I’ve had this for years.
Your English is perfectly understandable and grammatically correct. What age are you now? Are you able to seek professional medical help if you needed to? The initial specialist you may need to see would be a Urologist, but you may also need to see a Dermatologist / skin specialist.
So you have three issues to address: i.) the frequency and vigor of your masturbation; ii.) the spots on the glans and main body; and, your Meatus which is commonly referred to as the pee-hole from which all liquids are expelled.
Melanoma in the genital region is quite rare as obvoiusly there is no sun exposure to the area for the vast majority of people, but it is possible.
There may actually be a simple explanation for the brown marking (the spots) and that it could be due to the regular presence of sweat in your entire groin region and what regularly occurs is that the regular presence of sweat and this then drying onto the skin can cause the presence of a fungal condition. When this is place over an extended period of time the fungal presence can permeate the top layers of the skin and cause the brown marking within the skin.
What you can do to see if it is this is to try some medication for Athelete’s Foot is what it is most commonly used for, with the active ingredient being Clotrimazole or Miconazole. However, as you have had the brown spots / marking for some years you may need a Doctor or Dermatologist to direct you on how to treat this. You are likely to need a stronger version of these applications and use it for longer than would normally be the case.
The frequency of your masturbation is I think something you need to address - men who gain the most pleasure from masturbation are most likely to masturbate once a day, or perhaps once every 2 or 3 days. See masturbation as a real source of pleasure, rather than something you have to frequently do, and with great vigor.
Slow the whole process down and feel yourself and the stimulation you are giving your penis - feel it in the mind, not just as a physical act that you have to do to yourself several or more times a day.
The other issue I have noticed is that your Meatus looks quite unusual: now, it may be that it functions quite normally and has never had any infection or ailment present, but a urologist would be the best person to check for this. If it is possible for you to see a urologist you can ask about the brown marking / spots and get an opinion on how to treat it.
Thank you very much for the answer, I’m 19 years old. I do not know if these spots are due to masturbation (which sometimes masturbate without lubricants) or due to penile cancer or melanoma. I looked for symptoms on google and found in relation to lentigo, lengitinosis and atypical melanotic / atypical macrophage / atypical hyperpigmentation. What causes more strangeness is that it has a spot on the glans and before it (maybe on the axis, I do not know the correct name). I can go to the doctor, but I’m ashamed to tell my parents and they’re worried. in relation to the meatus, when I pull the foreskin my glans ends up going down. I probably need surgery to remove excess skin. As you see, the foreskin is darkened, probably by friction in masturbation. I’ve had these blemishes for a few years now and just now I’m worried.
The chances of someone of 19YOA having early stage penile cancer are extremely low.
Why feel ashamed, your health is the most important thing you have and you must do everything to preserve the best possible health for yourself. So go see any Medical professional and start the process of getting all these issues sorted out.
