Hello!
I’ve been spotting a little here or there for months now. It’s annoying but hasn’t been overly concerning as my periods have been usual. My periods are coming on time and have been 3 days.
The past two months, my period has been somewhat normal, with a lot of clots, and lasting 5 days. Also, I’m spotting more and more frequently. My period just ended on Saturday. Monday I wiped and there was fresh blood a couple of times, and then Tuesday, this morning, I had spots of blood each time I wiped. My head is killing me, I have cramps, and I feel exhausted, as if I’m going to just pass out and sleep for hours.
I’m 36 years old. I’ve had a history of fibroids, miscarriages (no living babies) and cysts. I had an ultrasound in January because sex had become very painful, the ultrasound came out clear and I was told to use more lube. (it doesn’t work).
What is going on with me? Is this pre-menopause?
