Spotting non stop

Hello. I am 51 yrs old. As of last month my periods where normal. Now this month I have been spotting non stop. Is this part of peri? Also my right breast is sore :(

for me i would spot then for a couple days stop then go into a full blown period im your age i had bloodwork done which isnt much help said i was postmenopausal yeah sure lol still got periods tho i have only haf three in 2019 i just got one and it has lasted 12 days it never got super heavy my last period before was august…my periods have been crazy for years i would say i was 42 when these symtpoms started and it was subtle now full blown i hope that has eased your mind i used to be a nurse and i can convince myself im dying lol

I’m 55 and post menopause. You sound like me two years ago, the confusion & fear of what’s happening to you is overwhelming.
Your body is getting ready for your period to stop. With this light spotting right now, what may follow in months to come is very heavy bleeding for weeks.
It’s normal, but if you want to visit the Gynecologist for reassurance & putting your mind at ease you should.
