I am 47, peri, fat, flabby and don't feel in control. Sometimes I am nice but sometimes I want to throw a frozen chicken at my hubby lol!!!
I saw blood when I wiped then it stopped then came back then when after a walk the other day my knickers were marked but since then nothing is this normal suffering from health anxiety and feel rubbish.
I had a hysterscopy last year and biopsy and all was ok.
Please help?

I have the same spotting pattern that you describe. Then sometimes I have a full on period and other times a watery nothing. I’ve not had a period now for 2 months, had sexy time on a couple of days ago and bleed after. But I think my menses want to burst. I’ve had biopsies, smears, D&C etc and all clear. From other conversations I’ve seen on here we’re all experiencing the same pattern.
Emotionally I felt flat last year, this year I’ve got get up and go again.
I find mindfulness helps in those moments of anxiety. Have you tried yoga?

Throw that frozen chicken!!.... Not at your hubby, but anywhere else just to release the emotion! I think it's super hard to find a way to take back control of this situation, particularly when it feels uncontrollable! I think the biggest thing that helped me was exercise ('and bhrt lol). Zoey is right, meditation and yoga is really good for getting some calm, but cardio exercise seems to help to regulate my mood. Anything you can do to raise your heart rate would be good, and actually I miss it now if I don't go running. The only thing we can control is how we react to things, so take some control back and try focusing on lifestyle. It'll give you something to aim for, and if may help... Good luckxx
