I injured my ankle 8 weeks ago. Last week I had an mri and the dr put me in a boot for an undetermined about of time. Main things are the deltoid ligament complex is thickened and the anterior tibiofibular ligament is thickened and irregular. Anyone ever experience this? How long in a boot? I'm so frustrated.
I hope you are better. I broke my ankle about 9 weeks ago and am still in a cast getting frustrated and lonely. I can walk a little bit with my walker but am still frustrated not much I can do. I got my dogs. Hope your are alright. Cathy
Thanks, it sounds like you are having a rough recovery. I'm still not recovered but the pain has gotten better. They are now telling me the things listed means it's just tendonitis. Idk how tendonitis is relative to the ligaments being messed up but however. I appreciate your comment and hope your recovery goes quickly!
