This is my first post here , this bump is been on my penis for last 4months.
Help me to identify this and how to get rid of this.

Could be a cyst, a wart or a skin tag. If it's a skin tag you can buy a kit called TagBand to apply a little rubber band put on with an applicator. It cuts off the blood supply, the tag goes dark and dry and drops off after about three weeks. Eventually (say another 3 weeks) any slight scarring disappears.
Ok , i thought i got std , but how this bump occurs ,whats the reason for it.
