I started to take 25mg for 2 and a half weeks, I've been taking 50 for 3 and a half weeks and for the last few days I have felt really shaky, has any one else had this?
Yes, it’s the side effects of the Zoloft. It will decrease after a few weeks.. if you have any anti anxiety medication like Xanax take it as needed to help with the side effects.
Can this he a delayed side effect?
Yes
I've only taken it one time. Last night. I was shaking all day. I'm still shaking. I'm only on 12.5 mg!! I showed it to a friend and she grabbed my hand. She said, "I can feel it." Is that bad, or is it just a side effect?
Hi Kerry! I just started taking 50mg almost 2 months ago and started getting shaky at the month mark. My physician suggested that my anxiety wasn't being well contained and upped me to 100mg last week. I'm happy to say that for the most part the shaky feeling has subsided as of this past Sunday. Also was dealing with my legs flailing around while laying down so either of those things seem likely to also be late arriving side effects at least for me but they will indeed stop after a week or 2. Hope this helps ease your mind a little as that was how I found this wonderful forum.
I shake really bad. I've been on sertraline 50mg for 3 weeks. It's my hands that feel the worse there not shaking but it's like an inner shake/tremble. Is this what you mean?
