Starting out

i have registered last week but wont let me log on. on others news i am starting on the blue pills today, had my first after breakfast this morning been on low fat diet for a few days so hopefully no nasty side affects. i was dieting for 2 months and lost a stone and a half but things always seem to go side ways when im doing it alone so hopefully the fear of the side affects are going to keep me on the straight and narrow this time. i have read through a backlog of posts on here and they are all really helpful. hopefully with the blue pills and you guys this time will be sucessful. p.s. trying the green tea tip too, it tastes rank tho lol xx

You can get flavoured green tea which might be more to your liking. Good luck on your weight loss journey, there are plenty of us on it with you

Hi Soodetermined,

I, like you have lost weight and put it straight back on. I lost over 6 stone in 6 months on the cambridge diet but as soon as I stopped it took me about 18 months to put back all the weight and a little more. So like you the idea of these tablets to keep me on track definately had an attraction for me and 10 weeks later i'm still going and 18lb lighter.

This is a slower way of losing weight, but personally after ending up in hospital 3 times on the cambridge and coupled with slow weight loss means it will stay off, i'm quite happy to take the next 3 years to lose what I have if necessary (i'm hoping it won't take that long though!)

Anyway good luck and stick with and keep everyone updated - I check this forum daily it's really nice to know there are others out there having the same battles as me.
