Hey, I just started Paxil on Monday, 10mg every morning for now. I felt fine initially, but since Thursday I have been very fatigued and don’t feel right. How long does this last?
I was on Paxil for over 20 years and it worked very well on the whole; side effects were less than with Sertraline (which is what I am on now); there is some morning fatigue but it passes quickly. It does give you an appetite, though!
