I suffer from Malign Melanome in Metastasis and recently read an article in Daily Mail where Statin was mentioned as a beneficial ingredient for fighting cancer. Also my prof. at ancology and specialaised in immunotherapy confirmed, but I didn't get the exatct reasons why..
Which cancer?
They don't know the exact reason why
My Prof. oncologist only told me last week that statin is good fighting cancer - his speciality is malignt melanome in metastasis, which I suffer from. If it is good for any other cancer I don't know. However, all this started by me reading an article in the Daily Mail (UK daily paper), where statin was mentioned in an article about brain cancer (which type I do't kow).
Nice article
