So I get these bumps every so often on my penis. Not sure what they are. They are red and and many but they don't hurt or itch. Could these be a herpes outbreak?
Go see a doctor asap the next time and have him swab it for herpes, if you're concerned. That's the only way to know for sure.
I'm not sure it's herpes cause sometimes it comes after masturbation. I never get the warning signs no rash, no tingling, no itching. I start to put monostat and it seems to go away pretty quick I believe. I don't take any valtrex when it comes. It isn't filled with any fluids, doesn't blister or ulcer. Nothing. It's just a few red bumps. Goes away on its own.
It may not be herpes, but you're clearly concerned, so why don't you just go to the doctor the next time, see what they think, and get swab tested for herpes so that you can stop wondering.
