this bump recently popped up out of no where and ive gotten this before multiple times and in the same spot i dont know if i have some type of std but im worried and i dont know how to get rid of it because it is painful and bothers me alot. i have 2 bumps like the one in the picture but the other one isnt painful or red or anything, i usually get this after i shave so idk .. please help
