recently had to get tested for chlamydia and gonorrhea and results came back negative, but im wondering if i should go get tested again bc what is this??? it itches like hell so ive been scratching and at one point i even shaved , so im not sure if i've just irritated it myself or if there's actually something wrong. help please? thank you , photo attached
