Can you have a clear discharge while you have STD? After my period my discharge would turn clear egg white then weeks before my period it would be white or light yellowish

Are you using any hormonal contraception? If you’re not, then you are probably describing ovulatory discharge and it coincides with the release of the egg approximately fourteen days before the next period. Vaginal discharge is a dynamic condition and as you’ve seen, it changes throughout the menstrual cycle. It’s good that you’re aware of these changes and it’s important to realise that you are most fertile when you start to notice the egg white discharge.

Thanks for the response. No I’m not on contraception. How about if it changes color a week before your period starts?
