Idk how to place photos but I’ve been having this little area was red for some time got it looked like 3 times by different doctors all telling me it’s not a blister or someshort just looks normal most likely because I work in the heat I have little to none itch no symptoms No ozing or bleeding or pain when peeing does look flakyish for some time I peeled some of it off but it’s still there it’s near lower base of penis left side the doctors keeps telling me it’s not herpes it’s been a month and a week or more and no other symptoms ... lotion seems to help but it’s there my skin color down there is dark so the aera is light shade ... help explain this to me.
I looked up blisters and stuff but does not look like it. The doctor said they couldn’t swab because it’s not big and nothing is coming out no ozing or anything .. I do feel under the weather for a long time now

Could just be eczema? Or some kind of skin ailment like that. Have you had any std tests to rule all of that out?
