Red bump appeared on penis 3 days ago, no swelling, no pain, no discharge, or Itchiness. Today the bump, appeared black in the middle of it, with redness on the outside of the bump. Thought is was an ingrown hair but this bump occurred 3 days after an unprotected sexual encounter. Another redness came by the public area also.
Could it be an STD? Cyst? Pimple? Ingrown Hair?
