i had unprotected fellatio with a girl in massage parlor then i did vaginal protected sex i was having no signs of any std and i am living a healthy life and having regular sex without protection with my wife and living a normal routine
my wife after 15 days started having itching and irritation on her vagina
we consulted the gyna she said its an infection and gave her medicines for 7 days
now she is fine and today when we did sex everything went normal only i felt mild sensation of burning for seconds when i ejaculated during sex
i am really worried is everything normal

It's unlikely that you've picked up an STI from unprotected oral and vaginal with a condom, even in a massage parlour. I'd be surprised if you've picked up anything, but the only way you're going to know for sure is to get tested. You'd have had symptoms sooner with gonorrhoea, but there's a small chance of chlamydia.
Women (and men) get infections down there quite often though, and they're normally not STIs. Virgins can get them too.
You could either see your GP, or if you're in the UK, you could go to a genitourinary medicine (GUM) clinic - google "GUM clinic near me" for details.

If it's over three weeks since you were in the parlour, then you could tested for everything now. Like I said though, it's very unlikely that you've picked up an STI.
