STI/STD or normal spot

Hi all

I have noticed 3 spots on my penis. They are white/red and aren’t painful. They have been there for about a month. It looks like there’s yellow pus inside them but I’m not 100% sure. I’m going to book a doctors appointment but can anyone else put me at ease before I go?

sweetheart gonto the emergency room! red painless sores are syphillis, i dont know about the yellow puss though.
