Hi, I'm a 24 yr old male, got this problem where there's some small bumps on the tip of the head of the penis. Before I notice that small bumps, it hurts when I pee. Its quite concerning since I would say I'm sexually active, but only in Oral sex atm. Picture attached
Its definitely an infection. You need to try antibacterial creams.
