Is it normal to still be bleeding red Colored Blood at this stage?
It can be andrea as long as it doesn't have an offensive smell. When the sutures start to dissolve you often get some bleeding.
im having allot allot of discharge kind of green, it does not smell good. I see blood only when I blot the urine away. No I do not have a bladder infection...
Sounds like you have an infection then andrea. Speak to your GP and see if you need antibiotics, I suspect you will.

I was kept in the hospital an extra day because of heavy post surgery bleeding. After 3 days the bleeding was still bright red. At two weeks it was grayish brown, three weeks pale pink, 4 weeks light yellowish grey, and 5 weeks post op ..no bleeding at all. I would definitely see your doctor at this point. I would suggest you call for an appointment ASAP. Good luck. Will keep you in my prayers.
Thanks for that. It seems Im still bleeding bright red Blood from the parneal where the stitches ripped out.. im still in so much pain... I got the creams. only a tiny bit of relief.
Hi Andrea. I'm 3 weeks post op for anterior/posterior repair and sacrospinous fixation. Ive had little real pain and in the first two weeks, little discharge. However I've had heavy bright bleeding with clots this week. I spoke to the hospital who told me to rest more. It has slowed down but still heavy like a period but not as bright red. I am post menopausal so haven't had one for years. I am curious to know if this will settle down and when?
