Still have got no answers: urethral opening inflammation

The opening of the urethra or ( the hole of urine) still hurt me slightly ...

it is red and when I put water it is discolored . I used many topical creams and yet nothing really works...I did a urine analysis and the result was: urates + and few bacteria .... I took effervescent and the pain started to disappear but the reddish still exist

I used  antifungul and bacterial and evern stroid but there is no difference ......the urologist said that I have enlarged prostate and this cause me pain in the opening of my penis ....

I still remember when the opening was stinging and swell like a red lips ...this all gone now but the pain stilll there with reddish and pink colour sometimes .... when the water hits the opening it becomes more obvious and the coulour of the opening is white . it is not the normal coulour it is used to be

any advice? should I do any tests or CT scans?

I have never had sex before ... it was only musterbation  using a soap and I stopped doing this now completely for two months now

you mean another urologist  or dermatologist?

I'd see a urologist if you can get a referral, or if you're in the UK, you could go to a genitourinary medicine (GUM) clinic - google "GUM clinic near me" for details.  You can normally get an appointment within 48 hours, and many places do walk-ins.
