Still have side effects and anxiety 4 weeks after increase is this normal?

Hi all,
Ive been on 30mg citalopram for anxiety for years now. increased to 40mg 4 weeks ago due to anxiety returning. I feel I still have some side effects and anxiety and wondering if this is normal?

Completely, you would have heard that everyone’s different, give it 8 weeks and keep strong x

6 weeks, feeling back to my usual self, no side effects at all, but believe me when I say how hard it was the first 3 weeks, you can do it
