Hey I Started on 50mg back on 21st Dec and now been on 100mg sertraline for 11 days. Had a couple panic attacks this after noon just sat watching TV. I controlled my breathing so they didn’t get to bad but still feel awful. I’m thinking either the 100mg isn’t enough or I just need to wait longer. Is anyone else still having panic attacks whilst on meds?

Day 12 sertraline 100mg for me now, speaking to doc tues think I need to go up to 150mg maybe. Was up to 150 few years back when had bad patch. How ya feeling today Ryan?
Im not to bad today. I went to the doctors yesterday. He gave me the choice stick with sert and up the dose. Or switch to venlafaxin. I chose to increase to 75mg from 50. Let’s hope it works but in all apart from a few weird moments today a been ok
