Still lasting penis redness

Did not have sex yet. Does not hurt or itch. It is just there. It has been there for 3-4 months. what could it be?? imageimage That more visable picture is after masturbation, it becomes more red.

I have the exact same problem! I have a tingly sensation over my penis, and had burning sensation which went away, but this still remains. Tried Econate Yeast cream and many other things nothing worked. Talked to doctor and he said there is nothing wrong. It becomes more red after masturbation.

Are you circumcised as was this as an infant if so ..... ?

No, I am not circumcised.

Okay, so what you have is skin irritation - the skin on the head of the penis is more sensitive to anything that is placed on it, or that it is in contact with. In statistical terms things like soap and shower gel and other forms of body wash are the No 1 enemies of healthy penile skin. Lots of males when they are masturbating apply a variety of different things to help make masturbation more pleasurable, such as baby oil or lotion, skin creams, lotions or moisturisers. The generic term for the redness and irritation you have is Balanitis and as I say the most important issue is anything that is chemical based that is in contact with the skin of the head and inner-foreskin of your penis. Exclude any and all contact with anything that has a chemical in it, simply wash with water only and fully dry with a clean dry towel that only you use - do a full clean up every time you are sexually aroused and have produced pre-ejaculate or semen - leaving these present on the head and anywhere on the upper shaft or foreskin can cause further irritation. The redness should go after excluding all chemical contact - some people are even sensitive to the washing powder or cleanser that is used in a washing machine to wash their clothes in. Check whether the treatment used to wash your underclothes and towels in was changed about the time the redness first appeared .....
