Still plodding along

Hi Everybody

I'm pleased to say I've lost another 1 and half kilos in 3 weeks, that's a total loss of 20 and half kilos in the equivalent of 20 and half bags of sugar in 27 weeks !!! considering I had two naughty :oops: takeaways during this time, but have hardly sat down and the brisk walks with our puppy after work must be helping.

At least one person at work has mentioned my weight loss every day or so.,Although I'm not doing it for them it does help boost my confidence. My daughter said that although it had only been 4 weeks since she'd seen me (she lives in Sheffield) she could see a difference.

I tried to put a pair of trousers on I wore last winter but couldn't because they were far too big :D and i'm spoilt for choice for clothes to take on holiday as loads of clothes look so much better now :D :D :D

KI don't even write a food diary now eating low fat most of the time has become second nature.

A tip look out for the part baked baguettes they are usually low fat. I buy a twin pack from Farm foods or Morrisons they aren't expensive either.

Well done Having only just started on the tablets I am finding this forum has given me loads of tips and shown me that you really can lose the weight.

Finally got on my Wii fit this morning after 2 very lazy months. :tennis: I'm starting to feel less tired all the time already and it's only been 10 days.

You'll find you'll have more energy as you lose weight, and losing weight

will motivate you to keep going.
