Still scared of Heart Attack (16 y/o female)

i have posted about this a couple of days ago and i was beginning to feel better but today i went back into my old ways and began to panic when i felt my heart palpitate. it felt like my heart was going to stop and began beating very slowly which of course made me panic. i had a pain in my left armpit a couple of days ago that has gone away for the most part but now when i take a deep breath, i feel a slight pain around my left breast area and it terrifies me. i feel like these are all symptoms that my heart is going to stop or that i am having a silent heart attack. i also feel pressure above my left breast, close to my collar bone area and i’m scared that i have clogged arteries or that something is wrong and affecting my heart. the cycle never stops and it’s already affecting me heavily and it’s only been a day. any new advice? (also i have attached 2 clips of my heart beating during rest and then after some physical movement but i’m not sure if they attached but if they did, does my heart sound healthy?)

nevermind, ignore the last part they didnt attach

how old are you hun?it’s sounds like anxiety.I get all that stuff to and they say they can’t find anything.its been years for me.and I’m still alive.but every day is a struggle.to just try to stop thing something is wrong with me.Idk why its so hard for some of us but it is.I really don’t know if there is anything we can do but live with it.I wish I could help you more.

Hi. As a 16 year old female it would be almost unheard of to have clogged arteries. It normally takes decades for this to develop. Anxiety can cause palpitations and chest pain, which seems to most likely cause. Have you seen a doctor? You might have strained a muscle somewhere, too.

Ask yourself why would a 16 year old have a heart attack? Do you have any medical conditions that could lead to one? The vast majority of heart problems are due to age and smoking after many decades of damage. It would be very very unusual for someone your age! Wait until you are 66 before you think about this again and get on with the next 50 years of your life is my advice! x
