still worried!

So exactly a week ago, I had a really bad anxiety attack while on the way to the psychiatrist. My attacks are always triggered by my symptoms. Anyway, I was having chest pains and other weird symptoms.

The next day, my chest pains were worst. They were like a burning pain... and I was convinced I was having a heart attack, but I didn’t.

My my chest pains are not as bad, and not as frequent as they were that day, but I still have them. They usually only happen when I think about them. But ever since like.. three days ago, I started having this new symptom. My tongue feels like it’s swollen, and sometimes it’s hard to breathe. The tongue swelling feeling goes away, but the shortness of breath seems to last longer. And today I’ve had mucus in the back of my throat. Also, my body has been hurting a lot too. My arms mostly, but it happens everywhere.

Has this happened to anyone else? Should I be worried? I’m 15 and had my heart checked in February. Blood tests last month and everything was fine.

Could it possibly be IBS? I’ve noticed I’ve been having random pains in my stomach, and sometimes I’m constipated, but recently I’ve been having loose stools. Could my chest pains and shortness of breath be related? Or is it just anxiety? Or should I be worried? I’ve had my heart checked in february this year and it was fine.

Could be your anxiety and stress have been so through the rough, you've picked up an infection. I've had 3 bouts of tonsillitis in a year and a half and this is largely stress I think that made me run down. If your tongue visibly swells and blocks your airway, go to a&e/emergency room immediately. If it just feels like it is, but isn't visibly swelling, or obstructing your airways, see your gp/Dr.

You'd know by now if it was your heart. Pretty sure your heart is ok.
