Someone help me, I have had 2 CT scans and both came back clear, always get hot flashes, dizzy spells, and headache 24/7, numbness in the legs and burning sensation at the top of my head, headaches have been going on for about 3 months but this week I feel like they have gotten worse. I just want some reassurance that i am okay. I have seen the neuro and he said that i have chronic migraines, i am thinking it’s from nerve damage in my neck? Every time i lean my head back it hurts between my upper back and my head, face tingling and burning is also a symptom i have. While I was at lunch today my left hand was tingling/burning. Am i overthinking everything.... help
Hi there!
I hope youre doing okay and I just wanted to point you towards some help for identifying whether your physical symptoms are down to anxiety of something else. Dr Claire Weekes has a wonderful way of explaining how anxiety creates these symptoms and shows us how to deal with them effectively, she has numerous books and youtube videos that have really helped me over the years.
I had the same issues not too long ago. I was having pretty severe headaches and visual issues. I had a CT and MRI, all of those tests were negative. A big issue is that anxiety can cause all sorts of problems. I was having tingling and numbness as well. I think the most important in dealing with anxiety and health issues is to trust your doctor. If your symptoms caused your doctor to be truly concerned, he would order more tests or refer you elsewhere. Just have faith that they know what they are doing and things start to feel better.

It sounds like Anxiety.
Try and relax, Numbness in the legs can be caused with the cold weather or you are sitting still for long periods.
Has your GP advised medications for you Migraines.
Why do you feel you have nerve damage in the neck, look at the obvious before you go in a different direction. consider your migraine treat that and see how you go.
Many people have poor circulation in the winter you are not alone, many have a warm bath or shower to get the blood circulating in your veins.
If you are getting pains in the neck, try rotating it several times to loosen the muscles in the neck, if you are anxious or stressed the neck is the place that seems to become tight.
Personally I feel you may be overthinking although the only person qualified to say that is your GP
You need to try and be responsible in the first instance with aches and pains and try and treat them accordingly.
You can try NSID creams on the neck and warm water applied to the sore area seems to work for me. Use a direct shower head on the sore area
This time of the year is cold and everyone gets sore joints etc. Sometimes a visit to a chemist is all it is needed. they can give medications that are cheaper than the NHS prescription service

If your tests came back fine, you need to accept that they are. You said it yourself, your overthinking. Stop. I know it's not that simple because I've been in your position. But worrying & overthinking isn't going to make anything better. You need to distract yourself. Excersise, meditate, pray, eat healthy. Not sure if you beleive in God, but there's scriptures in the Bible about anxiety, worry, & fear. Fear is just a state of mind. Change it. Change the way you think. I hope you feel better because I've had the same problems with my heart. Went to the er 3 times, cardiologist, urgent care, pediatricians etc. Nothing wrong. Your body sometimes does some weird stuff i know & it may feel like your going to die. But you can't think like that. Even if there was something wrong with you (which it isn't), you still have the power to change that. Your mind is a VERY powerful thing. Use it to your advantage, not your downfall. Think of ir like this, your brain can either create fire to help you cook, or it can burn your house down lol.
Good luck xoxo
