Stinging in tip of penis all the time, random red rashes

Hello all. I have posted before on here but didn’t get a lot of responses so I am trying again but with less detail in hopes to get a variety of responses to consider.

The tip of my penis stings all of the time, I have been to several doctors for testing with all negatives and tried a lot of different treatment options, nothing has worked.

I also have a small red rash that has lasted over 2 weeks at this point.

Any ideas I can try would be helpful, even though I have tried almost everything with zero results.

I have had this burning and stinging for 5+ years.

it might be because of mild urinary tract infection.
U need to do these two tests to rule that out
“Urine routine microscopy &
Urine culture sensitivity” and take medications accordingly.

Have you actually seen a Urologist?
If so, 5+ years is far-too-long to be having these issues. If you have Urologist that you can trust you would need to establish an ongoing professional relationship until this is resolved - I very much doubt you can ‘self-medicate’ and get this sorted yourself.
