I'm 32 yr old female, 5'5'', weigh about 165lbs ( so a bit overweight), I have Hypothyroidism (on Eltroxin 50mcg), and Propranolol 10mg for Anxiety, and Microlite for my PCOS. I suffer with a severe health anxiety and depression. I work at home so don't get much exercise. I don't drink or smoke, never have. I only drink water.
Anyway, just a little info there. Last week or so, I've had a some sensations in my tummy area that feels like little bee stings. I know that's a strange description, but it feels like little sharp shocks or stinging sensations. It's not terribly painful, I would describe it on the milder side, unless I move about very rapidly, then I can feel a little more moderately. It doesn't last very long, few seconds and it goes away. It seems to happen more in the afternoon after I've finished eating for the day (I stop eating before 8pm).
Also, when I belch sometimes, I can feel like liquid or something come up, it almost burns or feels acidy. Their are also times when I can hear a sloshing in my stomach when I'm out walking. Not sure if they're related to my stinging pains as well but thought I'd mention it.
About 3 days ago, I got a very loose, slightly watery bowel movement. Bristol Stool 6-7 mix. Then yesterday, it was a little more solid but still quite soft and loose. Today it was more solid but still quite soft. Theirs no blood, no foul smell I think, no mucus, and a regular brown colour. I'm going at least once to twice a day still. I drink at least a litre of water a day, I try to drink more.
Anyway, with talk of bowel cancer, sepsis, infection, stomach bleeding and other life threatening things, I feel like a nervous wreck and petrified. I keep thinking the worst, and it has me very tense and on alert. I don't know what to think.
Is it something terribly serious or what could it be? The stinging pains are what distress me the most.
