Stomach cramps

Just started the perimenopause and wondered if anyone else gets severe cramps and bladder weakness x

Yes i have had a few bad stomach cramps, i think cream set mine off!! I pop in a couple of gaviscon double action rennies and it takes them away gradually

I take a couple of double strength heartburn tablets (i couldn’t mention the name) but it will take them away, i have had a few bad cramps and i think cream set mine off!!

Yes I have struggled with my tummy big time and weak bladder problems. Get a good daily pro bioitic into you each day as I have found this has helped.
