Stomach Issues - Concerned

I am 25 and have been diagnosed with Crohn's for just over a year. I am in remission right now with the help of Remicade. My current issues/concerns don't seem to be Crohn's related as it's different from how my flare ups have presented in the past.

Last Friday I started having aches and pressure in my back, Saturday turned into what felt like a huge weight in my lower stomach/pelvic area so I thought that maybe my menstural cycle was coming on and this would turn into cramps (I just recently came off the DEPO shots and my cycles are not regular) which BTW I am NOT pregnant that's been tested and was negative. This heavy weight-like feeling evenutally went away and has turned into a super uncomfortable feeling and ache in my stomach from a little above my belly button to below my waist line and it hurts when I push in to my stomach. This feeling stays uncomfortable and then can get pretty bad to where I don't want to cough or walk around for a short period of time but doesn't last long. I just got over a cold and a UTI and I really do not think this is related to my Crohns because this is not how it presents. Any advice/comments?

Crohns can be a very painful disease remember your intestines are super sensitive and pockets of food can be stuck in the small sacks also causing bleeding as well same as diverticulitis in some people

Also a cyste on your ovaries can cause this go into more of the forums for advice but. Go back to your specialist and get it looked at your very young so your not wanting to have that sort of pain when it can hopefully be kept under control by a specialist

Best wishes

Kevin

Yeah I am very aware of Crohn's related pain and have experienced it first hand many times but this is not presenting the same.

Better to see a doctor for your symptoms easily are confused with other diseases or illnesses. You need to have blood test to define you issue, Good luck. Dont leave it too long.
