I had a stomach bug back at Christmas and new year which was both hard to go and also diarrhoea or soft when I did with excruciating stomach cramps that had me doubled over in pain. That’s been fine until last week where the stomach cramps came back and the urge to go was overwhelming. Since then I have been fine until yesterday when I had severe stomach cramps and could not go to the toilet these have not passed nor have I been able to go to the toilet. Is this something to be concerned about?
You may have a blockage or bad constipation. I would try some Miralax for a couple days and see if that gives you some relief. If not, go to the doc and get Xrays to see if there is a blockage.
Sounds like you have constipation. I get cramps when I am constipated. I would ask your doctor what to take if you have a bowel movement in more than 3/4 days.
