Yes mine does it and it also grumbles a lot.. Its anxiety.. Try dome gaviscon or pills for gas..

Its normal hun. Anxiety causes so many awful symptoms. Try to get some gas pills.. I take 2 a day.. And throwing up is from your nerves from worrying.. ❌❌
